We offer a subset of database services that would be of particular interest to small and micro businesses.

We offer services to manage data to produce reports and summaries that would be of most use to you. One instance would be a situation where you had unorganized customer orders (may even be in hand written form) that needs to be processed for you to prepare factory orders, order confirmations and update customer information. We can devise processes to input the data into a database efficiently and produce the necessary reports and files that can also be used to update accounting records and customer lists. The reports could show summaries in terms categories of items sold, specific items sold, summaries for customers, produce the orders sheets, packing slips, factory purchase orders and provide information for shipping software.

A similar situation would be disparate mailing lists. We could put them into a single mailing list with processes to produce specific list by location, by customer type, by past buying behavior, etc. and make these update able over the internet. Secure processes will be used to ensure that the data is safe.

1. to handle specific situations where you have large amounts of data and you want them sorted, organized into data files that can be used to produce reports, business documents (invoices, packing slips, purchase orders, mailing lists, product uncatalogued, analysis reports,etc.) as a one time or ongoing application.

2. set up of databases for access over the internet by your customers and/or staff. We maintain the databases and provide procedures to access and update the data. Procedure will also be set in place to produce reports that are of most use for your purposes. Secure data transmission process will be installed if secure access is needed.
