Cost Analysis
Analysis of costs of a business to determine if products are being priced right with recommendations on pricing, cost containment and use of funds for better performance
Financial Analysis
Financial Analysis is the process of using accounting information to determine the profitability and viability of a company. Analysis can reveal which parts of the business are hurting profits and which parts are strong contributors. A extended analysis on products and costs can reveal product contribution to revenue and help decisions to eliminate certain product lines. Analysis of the Balance Sheet from period to period can also reveal if the company is in danger of not being able to meets its obligations. Cash flow analysis can reveal if funds are coming from expected sources of revenue and are being dispensed in the right ways. The effect of loans on profitability can also be analyzed and determinations can made as to how much in loans a company can safely carry.
Business Plans
Banks and other loan providers increasingly ask for a business plan or plan of action for the coming years along with an application for a loan. A good plan provides lenders and other interested parties with a comprehensive and concise plan of action that would be a benchmark for periodic assessment against a set standard. There are certain accepted conventions about how a business plan should be formulated. A business plan should cover the full spectrum of all your business operations. The plans that we prepare are through, address specific issues that may have been a problem in the past and the concerns of your lenders.
Business plans are very company specific formulations. As a result we would enter into extensive discussions with you prior to preparation of plan. Initial proposals will map out the scope of the plan and will advise costs involved.
Registration of Corporations and corporate filings
